A couple weekends ago we went skiing for the first time this season. Last year, we went skiing/snowboarding numerous times, but this year, because there hasn't been a lot of snow on local mountains, we haven't gone...until now! We got up bright and early (without the bright); it was pitch black when our friends Chris and Paige picked us up. It was also my first time testing out my new camera outside! Some of these photos were taken with the new love of my life (aka: my Canon Rebel), and some were taken with our reliable iPhones. We are so thankful for the 2-for-1 student passes we receive in our university agendas. It's because of those coupons, packed lunches, and carpooling that we were able to go, and it was awesome!
We were pretty sore the next day. Worth it!
Cute photos! I miss skiing so much, but alas, all my money is spent on airfare :-(

ReplyDeleteYou are adorable in that pink hat! All I can think of when I see ski resorts like this is a race I did where I had to run up the hill. No bueno. I'm sure skiing was much more fun:)
